School Money
Dear Parents,
With effect from 3rd January 2018, Arlies Primary will become a cashless school.
This means that we will no longer accept cash or cheques to pay for school trips, after school sports clubs and school meals. School trips and after school sports clubs will need to be paid via schoolmoney.
Our new Schoolmoney.co.uk facility will allow for both parties to experience a more streamlined, cost-effective and efficient payment collection system in a secure and safe environment. All parents should have received a text message with their password. If you need a password reminder or are having issues accessing schoolmoney, please contact the school office.
School meals must be paid directly to Dolce as they provide the catering. They offer two payment options
- Direct Debit. Most parents tend to choose this option. This will be collected from your bank monthly on the date you select and will work in arrears for the meals you have taken the month before. To set this up please access your SchoolGrid account - [account] - [direct debit] You will receive a statement two weeks before a payment is due stating the amount and the date the payment will be taken. Direct Debits cannot be set up over the phone
- If you prefer not to pay by Direct debit you must have credit on your SchoolGrid account. You can top your account up by
- Online Card Payment - A card payment can be made online through your SchoolGrid account, please log on and select [Account] - [Pay by card] where on screen prompts will assist in taking payment
- Telephone Card Payment – Dolce Customer Care team are available 8.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday to take a card payment for your account on 01942 707709. The minimum payment amount accepted over the phone is £10
We are very proud of our school's fundraising days and we will continue to accept cash donations for charity days.
